Robert E. Chambers partners with clients to prepare for, respond to, and recover from environmental incidents — helping them manage and mitigate costs and liabilities while recovering the expenses that arise from such events.

With more than thirty years' experience in the environmental and emergency response industry, his background spans emergency response and crisis management, environmental regulatory analysis and compliance, contingency and emergency response planning and preparedness, community awareness, and training. He has been involved in the management of more than 700 incidents involving oil and hazardous materials releases and natural disasters.

Robert is a Past President of the Spill Control Association of America and past chair of its Past Presidents Committee. He is an Environmental Professional Certified, Certified Environmental Specialist, Manager & Consultant, and participates in the American Petroleum Institute's Spills Advisory Group. A member of the Propeller Club of Gulfport, he has also served with the Delaware County Chemical Advisory Team, Local Emergency Planning Committees in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi, and the National and Florida Associations of Environmental Professionals.

Victoria Salloum joined Environmental Risk Solutions (ERS) in 2025, bringing over two decades of sales, marketing, and logistics experience. A Loyola University graduate, she spent seven years in New York's cable network industry before moving to Atlanta, where she managed trade show exhibits for major clients like CNN and IBM for 14 years.

In 2005, she returned to Gulfport, Mississippi. Victoria's creativity, communication, and organizational skills enhance our team, and she serves as the liaison between ERS and government opportunities.

Peyton, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, possesses a strong foundation in basic accounting and budgeting, analytical analysis, and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Peyton's analytical skills and unwavering dedication to accuracy make him an invaluable asset to ERS. Joining the company in 2024, he has successfully navigated various projects and tasks, demonstrating his ability to adapt and excel in dynamic work environments. His logistical expertise and punctual nature further solidify his position as a key player for ERS.
